PIA Temporarily Suspends Flights to Türkiye

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced the temporary suspension of its flights to Türkiye, effective until October 13. The airline, which operates four weekly flights from Islamabad and Lahore to Türkiye, has paused operations due to unpaid dues related to airport inventory and slot charges at Istanbul Airport. The suspension took effect on September 28.

PIA airline is working to resolve the financial issue, and flights will resume once the situation is rectified. Until then, passengers scheduled to fly to Türkiye have been advised to seek alternative arrangements.
