PM Shehbaz Sharif Meets Islamic Scholar Dr. Zakir Naik

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif welcomed Dr. Zakir Naik, renowned Islamic scholar, during his visit to Pakistan. The Prime Minister expressed deep admiration for Dr. Naik’s global efforts in presenting Islam’s true image and lauded his ability to engage the youth through impactful lectures.

Shehbaz Sharif mentioned how he personally enjoys listening to Dr. Naik’s thought-provoking lectures, describing them as powerful and filled with wisdom. He also noted that the scholar’s mission aligns with the peaceful and harmonious message of Islam. Additionally, the Prime Minister fondly recalled his first meeting with Dr. Naik in 2006 and expressed happiness that Dr. Naik’s son is continuing in his father’s footsteps.

Dr. Zakir Naik, during the meeting, shared his memories of his first visit to Pakistan in 1991 and reaffirmed his commitment to spreading the message of Islam. He informed the Prime Minister about his upcoming lectures planned in Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore, reinforcing his dedication to Islamic teachings.
