Pope Francis Received gifted a new electric vehicle.

The spiritual leader of Christians worldwide, Pope Francis, has been gifted a new electric vehicle. According to foreign media reports, the German luxury automobile manufacturer Mercedes-Benz delivered an electric Pope Mobile to the pontiff on Wednesday.

Media outlets indicate that the vehicle has undergone several modifications to better serve its purpose. Notably, a high seat has been installed beneath a glass roof, enabling Pope Francis to address his followers more effectively during public appearances and ceremonies.

Pope Francis has consistently advocated for global action to address crises stemming from climate change. The introduction of the electric Pope Mobile aligns with his efforts to promote environmental sustainability and reduce the carbon footprint associated with the Vatican’s transportation fleet.

Foreign media also highlighted that the previous Pope Mobile used by Pope Francis was manufactured by Mercedes-Benz. This continued collaboration underscores the longstanding partnership between the luxury carmaker and the Vatican, reflecting a shared commitment to innovation and sustainability.
