President Asif Ali Zardari Departs for Two-Day Visit to Turkmenistan

President Asif Ali Zardari has departed for a two-day visit to Turkmenistan, where he will participate in an international forum in Ashgabat.

The forum is being held to mark the 300th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s renowned poet and philosopher. President Zardari is expected to deliver a speech focusing on unity and the promotion of peace.

During the visit, President Zardari is also scheduled to hold sideline meetings with Turkmenistan’s top leadership to discuss bilateral relations and cooperation.
