Protests Erupt in Israel Over Failure to Secure Hostage Return

Despite the completion of one year, the Israeli army and the government have not been able to make it possible for the safe return of their hostages from Gaza.

According to the Israeli media, Hamas attacked on October 7 last year, killed around 1500 soldiers and took 250 hostages to Gaza.

Since then, the Israeli army and intelligence have been pushing hard. In the indiscriminate bombing, 43 thousand Palestinians were martyred and 98 thousand were injured, but the hostages could not be traced.

A number of hostages were also killed in the Israeli bombardment, but Netanyahu continued to give good news to the families of the hostages, on which his own voters came out in protest against him.

Thousands of demonstrators participated in the demonstration against Netanyahu on the appeal of the families of the hostages. The protesters demanded the resignation of the government for failing to recover the hostages.

The opposition parties described Netanyahu as a dictator whose negative actions and aggressive ambitions have put the lives of Israeli hostages, soldiers and civilians at stake.
