Russia Declares Zelensky’s Washington Visit a Diplomatic Failure

The Russian government has strongly criticized Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s visit to Washington, calling it a complete diplomatic and political failure for Ukraine. This reaction follows Zelensky’s tense meeting and heated exchange with Donald Trump U.S. President.

Russian Foreign Ministry’s Strong Response

Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated that Zelensky’s behavior proves he poses a major threat to international stability. She further added that his aggressive stance and war-driven mindset are pushing Ukraine towards further isolation on the global stage.

Russia Stands Firm on Its Objectives

Zakharova emphasized that Russia’s strategic goals in Ukraine remain unchanged and that Moscow will not be influenced by Zelensky’s rhetoric. She reaffirmed that Ukraine’s current leadership has failed diplomatically and is only escalating tensions instead of seeking peace.
