Saudi Arabia has introduced strict regulations prohibiting the transfer or publication of security surveillance camera recordings without prior authorization from the Ministry of Interior or a judicial order.

The Ministry of Interior has announced that violators of this directive will face a fine of up to **20,000 Saudi Riyals**. Additionally, tampering with, destroying, or sabotaging surveillance equipment or recordings has been categorized as a punishable offense.
