South Waziristan Clash: 5 Militants Killed, 4 Soldiers Martyred

A fierce clash between security forces and terrorists in South Waziristan resulted in the deaths of 5 terrorists, while 4 Pakistani soldiers were martyred.

According to a statement from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the exchange of heavy gunfire took place in the Karamah area of South Waziristan, during which 5 terrorists were killed.

The ISPR spokesperson confirmed that 4 security personnel lost their lives in the operation, including Naib Subedar Taib Shah, Lance Naik Gulab Zaman, Lance Naik Mazamil Mahmood, and Lance Naik Habib Ullah.

The army further stated that a clearance operation is ongoing in the region to eliminate the remaining terrorists and ensure the safety and security of the area. Pakistan’s security forces remain committed to securing the borders and eradicating terrorism.
