A deadly terrorist attack struck Bannu Cantonment in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, leaving at least 11 people dead and over 25 injured. Security forces swiftly responded, neutralizing six attackers while detaining several others.
According to Media reports, terrorists used two suicide bombers to breach the cantonment’s perimeter wall, followed by an attempted infiltration by armed militants. However, security personnel successfully countered the attack, eliminating the assailants and securing the area.
Hospital authorities confirmed that among the martyrs were four children, while several injured individuals remain in critical condition.
