Swedish Ambassador to Pakistan Alexandra Von Meet with Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar

Ambassador of Sweden to Pakistan, Alexandra Berg von Linde, met with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Friday to discuss matters of mutual interest, focusing on fostering stronger ties between the two nations.

Deputy PM Dar warmly welcomed the ambassador and extended his best wishes for her tenure in Pakistan. He acknowledged the positive development in Pakistan-Sweden relations and emphasized the need to build on this momentum.

During the meeting, the Deputy PM highlighted key areas for collaboration, including trade, investment, education, and people-to-people exchanges. “Enhanced cooperation in these sectors will contribute significantly to our shared prosperity,” he remarked.

The Swedish ambassador echoed the sentiment and expressed her commitment to working towards deepening bilateral relations. The meeting concluded with mutual optimism for future partnerships.
