UAE Deputy Prime Minister Begins Two-Day Official Visit to Pakistan
The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has arrived in Pakistan for an official two-day visit from April 20 to 21, aiming to strengthen strategic ties between the two countries.
According to Pakistan’s Foreign Office, this high-profile visit reflects the longstanding and brotherly relationship between Islamabad and Abu Dhabi, while reaffirming their shared resolve to deepen collaboration across multiple sectors.
Key Meetings and Bilateral Dialogue
During the visit, Sheikh Abdullah is scheduled to hold wide-ranging talks with Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister. The discussions will cover vital areas of cooperation, including economic investment, energy partnerships, regional peace, and enhanced people-to-people connections.

This follows the last meeting between the two foreign ministers in Abu Dhabi on February 21, signaling a continued momentum in high-level engagements.
Meeting with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif
Sheikh Abdullah is also expected to call on Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif to further discuss avenues for boosting bilateral cooperation and reaffirming the shared vision of peace and prosperity in the region.

The Foreign Office emphasized that the visit is set to advance the historic partnership between Pakistan and the UAE, opening doors to expanded engagements in trade, investment, energy, and regional connectivity.
