The United Arab Emirates (UAE) authorities have released a comprehensive set of guidelines for Pakistani nationals traveling to the UAE on employment or visit visas.
Consul General **Hussain Muhammad** announced that Pakistani citizens holding **Dubai-issued visas** can confirm their visa authenticity through the **General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA)**. For visas issued by other emirates, such as **Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Umm Al-Quwain, Fujairah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah**, verification must be done through the **Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security**.
The consul general emphasized that Pakistanis going to the UAE for employment should ensure their details are verified through official channels. Additionally, it is mandatory for all Pakistani workers to obtain **unemployment insurance**, providing protection in case of job loss.
The new guidelines aim to ensure smooth processing and compliance with UAE regulations for Pakistani travelers.
