UNICEF appointed Saba Qamar National Ambassador for Child Welfare.

UNICEF has appointed acclaimed Pakistani actress Saba Qamar as the country’s inaugural National Ambassador for Child Welfare.

Taking to Instagram, Saba Qamar shared moments spent with children and expressed her excitement, stating, “This week, I had the pleasure of meeting some truly remarkable individuals and experiencing some wonderful moments. I have so many stories to share! More to come soon!”

In her post, she also expressed her gratitude to UNICEF and reiterated her commitment to championing the cause of children’s welfare.

This appointment marks a significant milestone, as it is the first time UNICEF has designated a National Ambassador for Child Welfare in Pakistan.

As part of her role, Saba Qamar will highlight children’s issues through various platforms, advocating for their rights both nationally and internationally. The actress has consistently used her social media and acting career to speak out against violence and exploitation faced by children and women.
