Yemeni Forces Strike US Navy Ships in Retaliation for Israeli Airstrikes

In a bold response to the ongoing Israeli bombardment in Lebanon and Palestine, Yemeni forces have launched a significant attack on US Navy warships stationed in the Red Sea.

Reports indicate that resistance fighters also targeted a strategic location in the occupied territories using drones, reportedly sourced from Iraq.

Brigadier General Yahya Saree, spokesperson for the Yemeni armed forces, announced that the recent offensive successfully targeted three US destroyers that were allegedly en route to support Israel in the occupied regions.

The military spokesperson detailed that the operation involved coordinated efforts from naval, air, and ground forces, resulting in the firing of 23 ballistic and winged missiles, with additional support from drones.

Saree emphasized that these operations would persist until Israeli airstrikes on Gaza come to a halt and humanitarian assistance is provided to the Palestinian people.
